Guidelines for Writers
Our Goal:
The goal of Access Anything Reviews is to create a one-of-a-kind online location at which to share unbiased insights and observations on innovations and equipment of all kinds for people with disabilities. All equipment reviews are welcome, but are subject to editing and review by our Review Board.
Positivity first:
Honest opinions are welcome, however company bashing and overly negative wording will not be posted. If you have negative observations to share, please list positive observations first, and then discuss the negative in a productive and professional manner. Please do not share your personal disputes against companies or individuals with us. We will not publish them. We are a positive and optimistic company whose general goal is to broaden the expectations of living with a disability, and therefore want our writers to share the same goal. It’s not what you can’t do from a wheelchair or with a disability, it’s what you can and want to do. Our motto is Go Anywhere, Do Anything!
Format:
Reviews must be shorter than 750 words, have a summary paragraph, and a rating based on the typical 5-star system. Please also include an author biography of less than 100 words.
Once complete, please submit your writing to ask@accessanything.net with “Access Anything Reviews” in the subject header, for your review to be edited. Please be conscious of this request, as other subject headers may wind up in the wrong folder and may not be read.
Upon acceptance, you will be informed of a publication date, and we encourage you to share your review’s link with your mailing list. As we have lots of requests for publication of reviews, please be patient with us as we create this online resource.
